Time’s Never the Problem (If You’re Paying Attention)

Have friends who just can’t get enough of watching sports? The ones who watch every minute of every game? We know we do ✋

Think about it…that’s an average of 4 hours spent in front of the TV (game time & lots of commercials).

And this is common for most people. The Nielsen Co. says the average person watches more than 4 hours a day. And that doesn’t count how much time we spend staring at our phones or laptops – hours more for most people.

Our point is: We need to monitor how we spend our time on a regular basis.

That’s how we make sure we’re using it on the right things (along with energy, concentration, and money).

So many people tell us they don’t have time to exercise – and then they’ll describe the Netflix series they just binge-watched.

As we wrap up 2021 and look ahead to 2022, think about how you spend the 24 hours you get every day.

Where can you cut back? What can you do more positively in that same time?

And what’s going to get you closer to where you really want to be this time next year?

We all get the same 24 hours – again proving that time isn’t the issue.

Comment below and let us know what change you're going to make with your time in 2022.
