Through lessons, assignments, and daily habits you will find the right mix of all foods for YOUR personal goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You will also be shown how to make meals suitable for your lifestyle and will learn how to stay consistent. However, the program goes much deeper than just the food. We also dive into food behaviors (food timing, meal frequency, meal speed, and food amount), food attitudes (food views, restriction vs. abundance, disordered thinking), stress management (in general, how it relates to food), rest/recovery/sleep (in general, how they all relate to food), and finally outlook (confidence, resiliency, mastery, and growth mindset).

Our coaching system will take complex and confusing nutritional and lifestyle problems and break them down into small, strategic daily practices for you. These small practices are specifically designed to fit into any busy lifestyle and are formulated to deliver profound results.

Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive a custom eating guide. The custom eating guide will contain:

  • Personal overview with summary of goals, activity levels, and recommended intake
  • A custom portion control guide, unique to YOU, using hand-sized guidelines - no counting calories or confusing macronutrient math
  • Exercise nutrition guide, unique to YOU, based on YOUR exercise preferences and goals
  • A grocery shopping and meal prep guide, again, unique to YOU
  • Meditation & mindfulness training
  • An additional section with tips for success, designed especially for YOU and your unique health and lifestyle goals
