Renov8 Fitness Cancellation and Other Policies
Renov8 provides exclusive personal fitness coaching/training in a small group, individualized and 1-to-1 atmosphere. Our coaches are certified and trained to provide quality professional services. To give our members the best of attention, we ask that you follow-up with your commitment by keeping all of your scheduled fitness sessions and appointments. We understand that circumstances are not always going to allow our members to keep sessions/appointments, but need the capacity to allow other members the timely opportunity to take advantage of a fitness coaching opening. Renov8 Group Coaching Sessions: Group coaching sessions require a 12-hour notice when cancelling. You can cancel your reservation by visiting the MindBody website, using the MindBody Connect app, or by calling/texting us. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the session without a refund and a $15 cancellation fee will be charged.
As a Renov8 Fitness member we will “forgive” the first two (2) group coaching late cancellations each month (does not apply to non-members). If these two sessions have already been used, a $15 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file for any additional late cancellations.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the group coaching session start time, you will not be able to join the session. After 10 minutes, you will be considered a "no show" and a $15 cancellation fee will apply and result in forfeiture of the session.
Renov8 Individualized Coaching Sessions and Body Blueprints: Individualized coaching sessions and body blueprint appointments require a 24-hour notice when cancelling. You can cancel your reservation by visiting the MindBody website, using the MindBody Connect app, or by calling/texting us. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the session without a refund and a $15 cancellation fee will be charged. NOTE: Individualized coaching sessions must be used each week. If an individualized session is not used on its scheduled day, it results in forfeiture of the session without a refund; they do not carry over week-to-week.
As a Renov8 Fitness member we will “forgive” one (1) individualized coaching late cancellation every 6 months, which means you still forfeit the session but will not be charged the $15 late cancellation fee. If this one session has already been used in the 6-month period, a $15 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file for any additional late cancellations.
Renov8 1-to-1 Individualized Coaching Sessions: 1-to-1 individualized coaching sessions require a 24-hour notice when cancelling. You can cancel your reservation by calling or texting your Fitness Coach/Trainer. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the session and any related travel fees without a refund.
Renov8 Events: If you do not show-up for a paid event you forfeit any and all fees. All event payments are final. Our free events are a courtesy to our members and the community. Temporary Membership Suspension (Hold): To temporarily suspend/hold your 6-month or 12-month membership you must pay a $30 fee for each month you want to suspend without a medical reason. Paying $30 will suspend your membership for one month. You can suspend a 6-month membership up to a maximum of one month, and you can suspend a 12-month membership up to a maximum of two months. You must notify us in writing and pay $30 to Renov8 Fitness at least two weeks prior to suspending your membership for each month you want to suspend. Month-to-month (MTM) memberships are unable to be suspended without a medical reason.
Membership Cancellation (Early Termination): To cancel your membership early you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to your requested early termination date. You are required to pay your final month’s dues (per the 30-day cancellation policy) plus the difference in price between the membership you signed-up on and the price of the membership you fulfilled, times the number of months you were a member.
Example: Membership price on client's 12-month agreement is $169/month. Client stays for 7 months. The price for a 6-month agreement is $189/month so the client pays the $20 membership difference x the 7 months they were a member = $140 is the Cancellation/Early Termination fee.
Failed Payments: All membership payments are auto-debited from your account. There is a $25 fee charged for failed payments not corrected in the allotted timeframe.
